We may collect account identifiers, family group information, display names, profile images, child member information, pocket money, spending, task, point, photo and memo records, device information, notification tokens, usage information, crash information, subscription status, and support enquiries.
2. Purposes of use
- To provide the service, authenticate users, and manage family groups
- To provide pocket money, task, notification, subscription, and support features
- To investigate issues, improve quality, analyse usage, and maintain security
- To prevent abuse, respond to violations, and comply with legal obligations
3. Children’s information
Children’s information is handled based on parental or guardian management and consent. Parents and guardians may review, change, delete, or request suspension of information for children they manage.
4. AI features
Fanely’s AI features are designed primarily for on-device processing using technologies such as Apple Foundation Models Framework. We do not send AI inputs or outputs to external LLMs for training purposes.
5. External services
We use services such as Apple authentication, App Store and StoreKit, Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and RevenueCat for authentication, data storage, image storage, server processing, notifications, analytics, crash analysis, and subscription management.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law, with user consent, or when processing is entrusted to service providers within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy.
7. International services
External service providers may process or store information outside Japan. We use these services within the scope necessary to provide and operate the service.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with laws, prevent abuse, and respond to enquiries. Upon account or family data deletion requests, we delete or anonymise information within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally or operationally necessary.
9. Security
We take reasonable safeguards such as Firebase security rules, authentication, encrypted communication, permission control, and secure on-device storage.
10. Access, correction, and deletion
Users, parents, or guardians may request access, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their own information or information for children they manage, as permitted by law. We respond after verifying identity.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when necessary. Important changes will be announced in the service or on a webpage managed by us.
