1. Scope
These Terms apply to Fanely and related services provided by Altive Inc. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
Fanely is an iOS app that helps families record and share pocket money, spending, chores, tasks, good points, and family member information for home money education.
3. Accounts and family groups
Users must authenticate by Sign in with Apple or another method specified by us and keep their information accurate. Parent users are responsible for family groups, child members, and child mode on shared devices.
4. Children’s use
When a child uses the service, a parent or guardian must review the use and provide necessary consent and supervision. Fanely supports family education and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice.
5. User records and content
Users are responsible for pocket money records, spending records, tasks, photos, notes, profile images, and other content they enter. Shared family group content may be displayed within the family group as needed for household management.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Violating laws or public order
- Infringing third-party rights, reputation, or privacy
- Unauthorised access, excessive load, reverse engineering, or interference with service operation
- Registering false information, impersonation, or unauthorised account use
- Using the service for commercial, fraudulent, or unintended purposes
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be provided and managed through Apple App Store, StoreKit 2, and RevenueCat. Prices, periods, auto-renewal, free trials, cancellation, and refunds follow the in-app and App Store displays and Apple’s terms and procedures.
8. Changes and suspension
We may change, suspend, or end all or part of the service for improvements, maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice for important changes.
9. Intellectual property
All rights in the app, design, text, images, logos, characters, programmes, and other materials belong to us or their rightful owners. Users may not use them beyond what is necessary to use the service.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that the service will fit a particular purpose, always be available, or be error-free. Our liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms become effective when displayed in the service or on a webpage managed by us.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to the service.
